In-Chair Whitening
In-chair whitenings is a much faster way of achieving that desired bright white smile using a higher percentage concentration of whitening gel compared to the take home options. The process can usually be completed in one appointment at the dental practice and uses Hydrogen Peroxide gel combined with UV light activation to achieve at least one shade whiter teeth. It is an ideal option for time-restricted patients who want results quickly or for patients with visible discolouration to achieve a noticeable improvement in their smile, due to the higher percentage gel.
Take Home Whitenings Kit
Your teeth impressions will be sent to our partnered dental lab who will create your custom whitening trays. Once you have collected your mouth trays you can start your whitening program with our complete whitening home kit by Enlighten or Boutique Whitening which will take approximately 2 weeks. Extra whitening gel syringes are available at an extra cost should you wish to whiten your teeth for longer to get your desired result. Patient whitening results can vary depending on the severity of the original teeth shade and will not be effective on crowns, fillings, implants and veneers.
Prescription Home Whitening Kits
Our dentists at Four Oak Dental also offer alternative at home whitenings systems. Our whitening kits use high-strength, prescription bleaching gel safely and gently, removing those deep-set stains and revitalising your smile. A home whitening kit such as Enlighten or Boutique Whitening involves using pre-measured syringes of bleaching gel, which you place in whitening trays that are custom-made in a dental lab, using your dental impressions. Whitening is usually completed in two weeks by wearing the trays either overnight or for a prescribed amount of time at home.
